In the Brooder

I have three hens: a light Brahma, a Cochran, and a Leghorn. I received them early May of this year. The Cochran was broody when I received her so I purchased fertilized eggs for her to sit on and three days before they hatched the leghorn decided to go broody too and claimed the eggs too (very interesting situation for a newbie!). They seemed to share responsibilities and it's been fine except the chicks are over 7 weeks old now and they have not returned to normal egg laying. This past week one of them has been laying 2-3 eggs but I'm not sure which one it is and I was expecting more than that. When can I expect normal laying again?
Also, the Cochran seemed to drop a ton of feather but never appeared to be bald in spots right after the chicks hatched. This went on for maybe 2-3 weeks? I think it's stopped because I don't notice a huge abundance of them anymore but wasn't sure if this could be related to laying eggs.
Thanks!
