When to feed scraps?

We have let our 4 week old chicks spend an hour or two outside picking at the ground and grass for a few days now. They love it! Is it ok to start giving them scraps of veggies and fruit?

Yeah its fine, just make sure they still eat all of their feed too! Proteins important
