When to give layer to brahama's ?

My girl is 17 weeks old, she is huge lol. When do you give brahama's layer? All my girls are now laying , she is the youngest so not laying yet. Others are lorps,buffs,and RIR 's she is my only brahama . Is it to soon to give her layer? I give my girls free choice of oyster shell but none seem to eat it, and there eggs are thinner lately. I give yogurt a few days a week, what can I give to increase calcium with out harming the 17 week old pullet? When do brahama's lay? Thanks

Brahama is now 21 weeks old and laying. She started a few days ago . Funny thing, she sits in the laying boxes on the eggs, but goes out to the pen to lay her egg. Silly girl . I thought brahama's were late layers, Or maybe 5 months is standard, Amy ways so glad she is laying !
