When to give oyster shell

My little bossy girl is eleven weeks old now when should I start giving her oyster shell for egg laying. Or is there something else I should be giving her?

Three weeks before lay which is about 20 week of age (depending on breed) you can give layer and or free choice oyster shell. up until that age you can give them crushed granite free choice.
