When to go into lockdown?

I won an auction for French Black Copper Marans. They were layed on the 13th, but I did not get them until the 16th. I'm wondering when they should go into lockdown. If counting 18 days from layed it is today, but if counting from the time they went into the incubator its is Sept. 3.

Thank you. I've only ever hatched eggs straight from my girls so I wasn't positive.
