When to go outside?

Hi all,
Just after some advice on when chicks are able to live outside?

Chicks can go outside as soon as they are fully feathered, usually around 4-6 weeks old

Thanks for the quick response. Don't they need extra heat when they go out? Especially with the recent inclement weather.

Not usually. What is the average temp where you are?

if it is under 60 degrees give them extra heat

Roughly 9°c 48f. But they're only 2-3 weeks old so we're talking about another 4 weeks
