When to integrate new young Silkies with a rooster

Not sure if I'm posting in the right thread or not but I had a question I could quite seem to find an answer to.

I have a flock of 4 birds total. Use to be 7 but was cut down by some predators. My Silkie Rooster has become more willing to breed and as such has become a bit more diminant aggressive then he normally is.

I had planned to get some more silkie chicks to raise up and join him. My question is though, when would be a safe time to integrate the new Silkies so there aren't any damage from early breeding or not?
