When to introduce chicken after coccidiosis?

I got a silkie rooster ~3 weeks ago and suspected he came with coccidiosis since he had very runny and bloody poop, so I have him completely quarantined and treated with corid for 7 days (his poop looked normal after 2). That was ~2 weeks ago, and he hasn't had any symptoms since.
Should I do another round just to be safe, wait another week or 2, or should I move him into the flock now? or maybe something else?
This is my first time dealing with coccidiosis

Why did you seperate him? Put him back in asap, so he doesn't get beat up.
Oh no, he wasn't separated. He's a new chicken that I just got from someone else. So he hasn't been introduced to my other chickens yet at all since I always quarantine new chickens completely for at least 2 weeks. Sorry for the confusion ^^

Ok, in that case, he needs to be atleast 60 feet away for another two weeks. Backyard/frontyard is good. Change shoes, wash hands between birds.

Yes, he's ~80ft away give or take and I've been completely changing in between coops + washing hands since I got him
I treated him for a full week, and he's been symptom free for 2 weeks now
I'm wondering how soon I should introduce him, and if I need to do a 2nd round of treatment before I do or not
thanks for the help!
