When to introduce ducklings to chicks?

I have 6 chicks that will be 3 weeks old soon and I just got 4 3 day old ducklings. I would like to eventually have them in the same brooder. Right now they are in separate ones. When they get older they will all share a coop, so I would like them to be friends! When would it be safe to move the ducklings in with the chicks? The ducks are so tiny right now that I know the chicks will hurt them, either on accident or purpose.

I would set them up side by side so they can be used to seeing each other but not hurt each other. Ducklings grow faster than chicks, I am told. I know they grow fast!

And they have a different relationship with water than chicks do - I hope someone happily raising both together checks in here to suggest how to manage those differences.
