When to introduce new ducklings to teenage ducklings?

Hey friends, I have two 9 week old ducks and have moved them out to their house. I acquired two more ducks from a neighbor that are 4 weeks old that are still inside. I’m wondering when would be best to introduce them? The older ones feel full grown but I wonder since they’re still young would they be more accepting? I won’t put the little ones out in their house with them yet but just wondering if they can do short visits outside to get to know eachother? Or should I wait till the little ones are older? Any insight would be appreciated. Thank you

You can start with supervised visits. Be especially cautious if the older ducks are drakes.

Yes, definitely don't let older drakes with the young ones! I think you could definitely expose them in larger spaces with your supervision. Then maybe they can spend time unsupervised with a fence between them so they can see but not touch. You'll get there!
