When to introduce new fresh foods to chicks - who has experience with this topic

Is there a list or article concerning the food for chicks. Just starter/grower?

As soon as you want, if you provide grit - otherwise they can't digest it. I would add it in treat quantity though. Same healthy foods as the older birds but in smaller/diced amounts.
