When to introduce to nest boxes

I have 4 Golden Comets and 6 Red Sex Links, all are about 15 weeks +/- a few days, at what point should I open up their nest boxes and get them set up(straw, ceramic eggs) ?

Now, your sex links can start laying at 15 to 18 weeks. You need to start watching for your first egg.
