When to introduce?

Our Mille Fleur D'uccle chick/pullet is 9 weeks old and our 3 Buff Orpingtons are 6 weeks old.
Our Bantam Silkie cockerel, Silver, is around 5-6 months old.

At what age can I introduce our pullets to our cockerel?

I would recommend waiting until all are laying.

Agreed,or else you might have other issues, and you don’t want that.
