So I know that eggs are supposed to be put in to lockdown on the 18th day of incubation. I set my first batch of eggs on March 14th at 8:47 am so by my calculations they should be put into lockdown tomorrow morning. My problem is I have a crazy morning tomorrow so would it be acceptable to lock them down tonight or should I do it later tomorrow? Also how do I transfer them out and back into the incubator? I have a little giant incubator with a turner. I’m also wondering what a good humidity for lockdown is? I’ve kept them between 45-50% for the duration so far.

Two external pips this morning!! Hard to see through the window but they’re there!

I would lock down tonight.

take eggs out of incubator, set on a towel, remove turners then put the eggs back

humidity should be 65%
I have the mini advance II Brinsea

How do I change the humidity? I put water in both containers.
