We have 3 hens, all 3 are broody in different spots. We built a run and put the first one and her 5 week old chicks in there. Our second broody had only 1 chick hatch, I’m wanting to move her into the run as well but her chick is only 3 days old. Would it be safe to put them in with the other hen and her chicks?

I would immediately allow the hen with the 5 weeks olds into the main flock. She should have been in there with them from the start. She will ween them soon and they need as much time as possible to be recognized as new flock members by the rest of the flock.
How much space do you have? How many adults?

We had 4 hens, sadly one died (water belly). They free range, 2 went broody in the shed one in the coop.
the one in the coop is the one with 4 chicks, she has the run to herself, I tried moving one of the broodys in the run but the mum just kept attacking her so I let her out again.
The one with the new chick I want to move into the coop and run so they’re all together again but someone said it could cause fighting and the older chicks may attack the new one.
I hope I’m describing it all well enough, confusing for only 3 adult hens lol.
I guess my main question is, will the new chick and new mum be ok in with the others? We built a large run for winter and the garden to recover a bit, they have lots of space.

Define lots of space. Broodies need a lot more.
Where is the rooster in all this? The roosters generally help with the chicks if mom lets them.
The older chicks won't attack the younger ones.
Having multiple broodies is a management nightmare.
How large is your coop?
Can you please post pictures of your setup?
