I have 7 baby chicks that are just over 3 weeks old. They appear mostly feathered out though still have fuzzy fur on tops of heads and chests. Weather here is running upper 80s-mid 90s daytime and mid to low 70s at night. At what point can I move them to the coop with my 7week old chicks. The first batch seemed to feather out much faster but with temps outside so warm I didn’t know if I could move this group out sooner. Thanks for any info.

Those temps should be fine for the chicks.

Mixing the 2 age groups MIGHT be ok, might not. 4 weeks apart in age is usually too big of a spread for them to mix happily.

But.... if there is lots of space, and at least 2 feeders and 2 waterers, you could try and see, just watch closely for a few hours.

Integration is more likely to go smoothly if they can look at each other, but not touch, for a week or 2 before being together.

Now is fine as far as temperatures. Would be highly recommended to set aside some safe space for the younger birds outside so they and the older ones can see each other and acclimate to each other, before you actually put them together.
