When to move my quail from brooder

I live in Montgomery TX I just started raising quail and bought my first batch I've had two deaths but I have 4 A&M WHITE'S and two tuxedos about a week old in a brooder with a heat lamp. How old do they have to be before I can move them to a bigger outdoors coop of their own

I believe it's 4 weeks, when the quail are fully feathered and don't need a heat lamp anymore.
