When to move to brooder

I usually wait until a goodly number are dry and fluffed up and then I QUICKLY put them all in the brooder and then check to be certain that the humidity stays correct in the bator.

Ok, thanks

So you think it's safe to leave them all in there until morning?
(It's not like it's my first time to hatch.... I just always get nervous

Okay, this morning 14 (total) had hatched, so I moved them to the brooder

Lots of people say to not open the incubator what they are still hatching because the humidity drops an drys the membrane in the hatching eggs. Others do it all the time. Probably better not to but you can get away with it.
