When to open after Lockdown?

First time hatcher here.... I go into lockdown tomorrow night. Set to hatch on St. Patty's day. So..... when do I open back up?

I don't open till day 25 if nothing hatches, and no later than 3 days after the first one hatches. If you have to open the hatcher, have a cup of hot water handy, open quickly grab chicks, add water and close up.

This is a judgement call. I tend to pull out fluffed chicks. During the last hatch I had not problems with the hatch.

I pulled the chicks out as soon as they were fluffy, they didn't seem to like the 99 degrees.
