When to place indoor chicks out side?

I have 6 week old bantam an standard chicks. I raised them inside. What are the indicators that let me know it is ok to put them ouside. Do they have enough feathers to handle the 65 to 70 overnite temps?

At that age they should be ready. Check them when it's cool. If they are cuddled together, they're fine. When they are too cold, they pile on top of each other and the ones on the bottom can get smothered.

They're ready. Put a heat lamp in their coop if it gets a little chilly.
