When to pull eggs from incubator?

I had a great first hatch! Day 21 was Saturday March 30th today is April 1st. I candelled and don't see any movement or veins. One is much lighter than the other two. Can I pull them out now or should I give them another day or so?

You could put a small hole (lage enough for tweezers) in the air cell and poke the chick with tweezers to see if itll move.
