When to put chicks in chicken house?

Hello I posted a link but it was like I wanted .
Need help to know when to put my chick out in the chicken house? i got them from TDC on Feb 28 .They are in a heated garage in livestock tanks with a heat lamp.

What are your temperatures outside? How feathered are they?

We got them in 2 /28 from tsc and yes they feathered and out Temps are 50 to low sixties and some lower temps at night and we could put a oil filled heater in the chicken house when they can go out.

So they're about 5 weeks old? I believe they'd be fine in the day but may need head as night. You'll just have to observe them and adjust based on their behavior

If they are dry and out of the wind they will be fine without heat.
