When to put eggs in bator????

I pulled my first 3 eggs from my coop last night and took them in the house. I just didnt know when I should put them in the bator, do they have to sit like shipped eggs????

I'd put them directly in the bator, but that's just me.

i only wait with my own eggs if im collecting alot..but if i wanted to hatch the eggs from say today i would put em right into the bator...
