When to remove chicks and eggs after hatching

anything I should be doing after the chicks hatch and the others haven’t? Will the chicks affect the other eggs hatching by moving them around and climbing over them?
I’ve read they are good in the incubator for upto 72 hours?! And don’t open otherwise you’ll shrink wrap the unhatched eggs?

Wait until the chicks are all fluffed up to remove. When you remove do it very quickly so to much air doesn't get in. Good luck on the hatch!
