When to start offering a dust bath to young pullets

Mine do this in pine shavings.Some shavings I get are more dusty than others. I just put a sandbox in the coop,and it was hilarious to see all the hens craning their necks to look at the sand....as they rolled around in the pine. When they were chicks in the playpen I would catch them rolling around at 2-4 weeks.
