When to stop collecting eggs

I have a pair of Pomeranian geese that I hatched out from eggs last spring. The goose has started laying, but I’m not sure when to start incubating a clutch. I have a total of 7 eggs from her. I’m not exactly sure what day the first one was laid but I know for sure egg 4 was laid 2/15. Egg 7 was laid 2/21 and she hasn’t laid any others since. Is it safe to stick these 7 in the incubator? I don’t want to loose fertility by waiting too long. Is it possible she will lay another clutch? My plan is to hatch the first round in an incubator and let her hatch the second clutch naturally. I have given her fake chicken eggs to encourage laying. Should I leave the fake eggs? I don’t want her to go broody without enough of her eggs under her.

Since it's early in the season (and her very first season), I think it's safe to assume she hasn't stopped laying - she probably just isn't regular yet. I don't know where you are, but if the weather has turned colder, it's not unusual for the laying to pause for a while.
I don't know how many eggs Pomeranians are expected to lay, but my goose lays about 50 eggs every year, and I'd be reluctant both to hatch goslings too early (it'll be cold, and there'll be no grass for them) and to incubate the very first eggs (from what I've read, they'll be less likely to be fertilized).
I hope some seasoned Pomeranian owners will weigh in.

Thanks for the input! You were right she laid an 8th egg yesterday. I am in Northern California and the winters here are not bad at all. The gander mates her regularly so I’m hoping fertility is high!
