When to stop light and put outside?

I live in WI. i dont' want to put them out too soon and have them catch a chill.. but i do have some babies due to hatch tomorrow and no place to brood. i never thought about it till tonight. Now, the smell from these guys(in one day) is enough to make me not want chicks.. just from 3 little ones lol. i have them in a plastic bin.. perhaps if i used pine bedding or something would that help on smell?

anyway, i would really like to put these boogers outside sometime soon. i love them to death but.. i need the room for the new ones to hatch tomorrow.. and then some more next week. what have i done? lol. please help and let me know what to do. not exactly sure on the heat supply. i don't want to put them some place where it gets too hot during the day either(like my porch) lol
