When to switch from chick starter to layer feed???

and what to feed young roos. Can they eat layer feed when it's time to switch? Thanks for any answers.

If you are integrating young pullets into an older population they will have access to the layer pellets as well as their starter feed.
I just kept offering the starter crumbles until it was gone and then they all get layer feed.
I don't usually mix the young ones in with the older ones until about 14-16 weeks so they are almost at laying age by that time anyway.
