When to switch from starter feed to grower feed

    Looking for advice from the community since there's inconsistent info out there on when to make the transition from starter feed to grower feed. I've seen 2-3 weeks, 8 weeks, and 10 weeks. Quite a large range. What do you do?

    I used a combination starter/grower until mine were laying.
