Looking for advice from the community since there's inconsistent info out there on when to make the transition from starter feed to grower feed. I've seen 2-3 weeks, 8 weeks, and 10 weeks. Quite a large range. What do you do?

    Thanks!

I used a combination starter/grower until mine were laying.

But here's a past discussion that has the answer if you are using separate starter vs grower feeds: post #1
