My broody should be hacthing her eggs on the 21st, but it will be a staggered hatch over about 3 days due to my adding eggs after the first day of sitting tight. The eggs are about 3 days different.
Anyways, I want to take the chicks away, for various reasons, do I just treat them like normal day olds from the feed store? Will she stay on the other eggs till they all hatch without her other chicks? I want to make sure I do the right thing for the new chicks.

Thanks!

Yes you should take them away when they dry up as mom won't normally leave the unhatched eggs to care for her first chicks which wouldn't really be much of a problem if you place food and water in front of mom so that she can show the chicks how to without moving away from her eggs. But yes, you can take them away after they hatch and are dry.
