When to take ducklings out with eggs left to hatch

My first eggs have hatched! We are excited but I am wondering when I should take the ducklings out and the eggs shells. There are two left to hatch and they are being moved all around. Not sure if that is a problem or not.

its not a big deal, i always take them out as they hatch .. just be quick about it, no '15 minute' candle sessions or anything like that .. just got an early hatcher today, he's dryin out in the brooder ..
