when to take out of incubator?

my first chick ever just hatched... oh he's so tiny. when do we take him out of the incubator?
 
You don't need to open the 'bator and lose humidity if others are pipping and hatching....If you have other eggs hatching you can leave the chick in there for a couple of days if you need to...they absorb the yolk before they hatch so they don't have to eat or drink for a couple of days!

If you need to take it out then it just needs to be good and dry and fluffy first.
