I want to de-worm my flock for the first time this fall- I have not seen any evidence of worms but I feel its better to be safe than sorry.
Should I do it before they molt or after?
I'm planning on using wazine or something similar. My girls are a mix of 1.5 year olds and 4 month olds.

Personally, I'd go ahead and worm at least the 1.5 year olds. Plenty of info on here on worming -- try the FAQ page.
