When to worry?

I have eight ducks and 12 chicks in the incubator. Up until recently everything seemed to be going great! They developed beautifully, had amazing air pockets, consistent temp and humidity. Hatch day was yesterday and not a sign of anything. My aunt checked them and couldn't find any movement at all. I'm truly worried I followed the wrong directions and accidentally did something to them. One already tried to hatch early but was poorly positioned and didn't make it. When do I count my losses and consider my first hatch an utter disaster? (It's been a heartbreaking few days and I really don't know if I want to try again. I was hoping for babies but this is a tough loss and experience.)

Definitely wait a few days before giving up. I've heard of chicks hatching 4 or more days late in some cases.

How many days has it been for the chicken eggs so far?
And how many days for the duck eggs?
