When to wrap coop in plastic (and when not to)

I know there are plenty of threads on here about winterizing.
Some talk of wrapping the coop in plastic, and some do not.
My wife and I have a disagreement on this. I built my coop pretty solid. I don't think I need to wrap the coop in a layer of plastic sheeting... want factors make wrapping a coop needed?
PS, the vents along the ridge now have three flaps on each side. Two are closed, the highest one is cracked several inches.

Coop no, I wouldn't. Some drafts are good keeps moisture down.
Some might wrap the run but it would be more just to keep snow from blowing in.

Agree with @Beer can. Coop looks good.
Wrapping the run on the prevailing wind/rain/snow sides may offer the flock a nice dry area in winter. I used a clear vinyl shower curtain secured with zip ties.

Planning to wrap the south, west and roof. With 4 mil plastic sheeting.

I was just looking at plastic roofing. A few hours ago it was 33 and a wind chill 21. I'm not handy so Iam going to get the shower curtains today. My crazy Salmon Fav perched out of the coop in the run, while the rest were in the coop. Sheesh she makes me crazy.
