When will a NH rooster get his adult feathers?

Hi gang! I'm new to chickens and I have four pullets and a 20 week old New Hampshire rooster. I apparently had some wildly incorrect assumptions on how fast they grow up. When can I expect this guy to have completely gotten his sickle, hackle and saddle feathers?

I've looked it up a bit and I can't seem to find much information on it. Here is a pic of my boy if it helps. I couldn't get a better one, sorry for mediocre quality.

Looks like he’s starting to get them now. Each individual rooster is different, some are late to get their feathers and some are early.
