When Will Cockerels "Take Charge?"

Oh, he's way to young to break up fights.
Having a picked on hen is a whole other issue.

I know, I know. I was just hoping he'd eventually be able to help keep the peace a bit. That pullet is super high strung. I am hoping that when she comes into lay she will calm down a little. That's how it worked for a couple of my other hens.
