When will hen hatch eggs

My hens have now been laying everyday for about 2wks. When we go outside to open the door up to the coop they arent even setting on there eggs ? so will they hatch their egg???

Some hens will set, some hens will never set. It is in their genes. So if you are lucky/unlucky they may want to set. You can't force them to do it so it's just a waiting game.

You can make a hen go broody, it may take a week or so, but it can be done, you have to put her in a small box with NO light, but so that she can get air, keep her in the box and let her out 10 or 15 min a day to eat, drink and poo, but you have to keep her in the dark at all times, it may take a week or longer or less, I put some fake eggs under her also.
