Congrats! And you were worried! It looks like spraddle leg. You should make him some tape+cardboard booties, and tether his legs together using a bandaid cut lengthwise in half. It will be fixed in probably a day if you intervene quickly enough. It may take longer if the bones have already started to harden

This is what i did.i don't know if its foot is spread in the bandaid though.

It has boots and a bandaid for the spraddle

Yes, and do you have a brace drawing the legs closer together? You need that too. It should clear up by tomorrow or the next day and it cannot walk because of the shoes and because its a newborn.

Good job! I did not see the leg band in 1st pic. Yes, isolate him, lay him on his side, maybe cover him with something soft. How old is he--also, make sure he is warm but be careful as he is immobile and can't get away from heat source.
