See something in the egg while candling them?

I tried last night [day 3] and all I saw was the dark sac at the top of the egg...
I candled 6 out of 22 eggs.

Wondering when I should try again? And if there's anything I should look for to know if everything is going as it should?

Try to candle in 7 day or later you able to see the blood line,if not is not fertile
