When will Muscovies start going broody?

Just depends on the bird really. some of mine have gone broody just after they started laying, one just 10 eggs into laying and another at about 7 months old.

Mine usually do in the summer once it's consistently warm and if I don't collect eggs.

As for time of year, mine have no preference... if there's eggs they'll sit on them!!
