When will my bantams start laying

My Bantam didn't start laying for about a month after the others, and she was one of the oldest! But beware, Bantams love to go broody. Mine (who is a Dutch Bantam) lays eight to ten eggs and then wants to hatch and she WILL NOT GIVE UP. So i let her. I hatch eggs for my neighbors, but I don't know what I will do when they are all bursting with chickens. Anyway, chickens start to lay around 18 wks.
