When will my bantams start laying?

I have 3 bantams (Cochin, Sultan and Sebright). All hatched on 2/23/10. When will they start laying eggs and do bantams start later? I've been keeping a look out in the yard, they free range in our little suburban fenced-in yard.

Mine were hatched about that same time and are not looking too close to laying yet.
