When will my ducks start laying eggs?

I have 3 Silver Appleyard ducks. They are all females. They hatched in May. When should they start laying eggs? Is there any signs I should watch for that means they will start laying eggs soon?

I have 3 pekins and 3 welsh harlequins, all hatched at the beginning of May. My pekins have been laying for at least two months, with no eggs from the welsh. I'm hoping they might lay in the spring

Possibly, it's colder and darker, so that's why I'm thinking spring
