When will my ducks start laying?

I bought 8 ducks at tsc this last February and was wondering when they should start laying?

Breed affects when they start laying. So does feed, temperature, and some number of unknowns.

My earliest layer was 16 weeks, 4 days. By 22 weeks everyone was laying. I have Runners. Smaller breeds lay sooner.

Well I have 2 pekin, 3 ancona, 2 khaki Campbell, and 1 rouen. If that will help know when they'll start?

I would expect the KCs to start the ball rolling, then the Ancona, and finally the Pekins and Rouen. And ducks can make liars out of us!

Let's see - if yours were hatched 2/28/2015, 20 weeks average first egg for Khaki Campbells would be, umm, sometime late June or July. When they start trying to mate, that's when I would set out the free choice oyster shell. When most are laying, I would then switch to layer feed.
