WHEN will my girls start laying?

EDITED: Yes, they should have it available at all times, they will eat as they need. Not to be mixed with feed.

Just stop any and all treats. If you are feeding them more than a tablespoon worth per day you are feeding them too much.
They don't need treats.
They need a balanced diet.

I have a couple of these up, I store my OS and eggshells in liter bottles and just fill thru the feeding hole.

I just use a tuna can for their grit and a little bigger one (Hormel Chicken Sandwich mix) for their Oyster Shells, refill as needed. Cans screwed into the legs of their NB stand....
