When will my guinea hens lay

They were hatched in early may they are 9 weeks do I really have to wait til next spring they are a lively bunch always calling and talking among them selves what's they earliest everyone's had them start laying I've heard they can before fall

It really depends where you live. It is not uncommon for guineas in the southern states to begin laying in December. For those in the northern states it won't be until late next spring. Mine began laying in April this year.
