I have 3 Red Sex Link Hens they are only 14 Weeks old. When should I be expecting eggs?

The best egg layers start laying at 16 weeks, but some of the heritage breeds take up to 25 weeks. I would expect Red Stars to start laying at 16-20 weeks of age, depending on what they were fed and how much they were fed and their genetics.
