When Will My Pekin Get It's Drake Feather

My 4 ducks are 14 weeks old now. The two white pekins are (I think) attempting to mate with my blue swedish. Is it just a dominance thing or do I actually have 2 boys. All 4 seem to be quackers so for a long time I thought I was going to end up with 4 girls. Now I just don't know. I keep watching for the drake feather and there is none to be seen.
