When Will My Welsh Harlequin Male Get Green?

My Welsh harlequin ducklings are a little over a month old now and starting to get their feathers and their spots. I’m not sure which one is the male. We did order a male duckling, but I don’t see the green coming in yet. When will the green neck come in?

If it helps, of my Welsh Harlequin ducklings, I can see how two of the three have a small white band around their lower neck. Meanwhile, the other one has a much larger area of white in that same region, even down the upper back. I am still learning, but I am thinking the one with the larger area of white around the neck will be the male.
